The Haven Collection
The gift new parents actually keep.
A generous 96 × 96 cm pointelle blanket in organic cotton — light enough for a warm room, with enough weight to drape properly over a pram or a car seat.
The fabric
Pointelle, not just ribbed.
Pointelle is a knit with tiny openings worked into it, which is exactly what you want in a baby blanket. It traps a layer of warm air without sealing it in, so it works in a warm nursery as well as a cool one.
The same 95% organic cotton and 5% spandex as the rest of the range, so it drapes and recovers instead of stretching out of shape along the edges.
Details
Open, breathable knit
The pointelle structure lets air move through, which matters over a sleeping baby far more than sheer thickness does.
Soft rolled edge
Finished with a rolled hem rather than a stiff bound edge, so it drapes over a pram hood and tucks around a car seat.
Softens with washing
Organic cotton this fine gets better with every wash. It is the piece that ends up in the cot long after the clothes are outgrown.
Size guide
One generous size.
At 96 × 96 cm it is big enough to work as a pram cover, a cot layer, a car seat wrap or a floor blanket.
| Length | Width | Finish | |
|---|---|---|---|
| One size | 96 | 96 | Rolled edge |
Measurements in centimetres. Because measuring methods differ, allow 1-2 cm either way.
Five shades
Made to be worn together.
Every Haven piece comes in the same five shades, so any vest works with any pants, and the blanket ties the whole thing together.
Complete the look
Make it a gift set.
Pair the blanket with a vest and pants in the same shade and you have a baby shower gift that looks considered rather than assembled.
Care
Built for the wash basket.
A baby blanket lives in the wash, and this one is made for it. The organic cotton softens rather than pills, and the 5% spandex means the edges recover their shape instead of rippling out after a few dozen cycles.
