Frequently asked questions
Who are Bon Ton Toys?
Bon Ton Toys is a Dutch plush brand that has been making high-quality cuddly toys since 1933. It's known for characterful soft toys, ECO ranges made using recycled materials and an officially licensed WWF wildlife collection.
What ages are Bon Ton Toys suitable for?
Most plush is designed for babies and children, but age guidance varies by product, so please check the label on each one. Bag charms and keychains are accessories with clips and rings. They're great for older kids and grown-ups, but they aren't baby toys.
What's the difference between the ranges?
The Hugglez are extra-squishy bunnies, bears, ducks and pigs. B.T. Chaps are named dogs and cats. WWF plush are lifelike wild animals, and WWF Cub Club are bigger, floppier bedtime cuddlers. Smiley® brings the classic happy face in corduroy and fuzzy textures.
How do I clean my Bon Ton Toys plush?
Follow the care label on each toy. As a general guide, surface-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, or hand wash gently in cool water, then reshape and air-dry. Don't tumble dry.
Is delivery available across South Africa?
