When will it arrive? Stock is expected by the end of July 2026. If it reaches us sooner, we'll send your order straight out — no need to wait. Occasionally shipments can run a little late, and if that happens we'll keep you updated by email every step of the way.
When do I pay? Payment is taken at checkout to secure your item. This reserves your stock from the incoming order.
When will my order ship? As soon as the stock arrives and is checked in, we'll dispatch your order and email you the details.
What if the stock doesn't arrive? In the unlikely event we can't fulfil your pre-order, you'll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I order in-stock items too? Yes — but if your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the whole order ships together once the pre-order stock arrives. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
