We use 70% bamboo and 30% cotton in our muslin blankets, which make them lightweight and smooth to the touch. Heat is reduced due to the open weave and light weight of muslin. Muslin's delicate yet resilient weave has a "natural give" that allows it to be tucked securely around your baby without being restrictive.
